OVERVIEW

We want you to feel powerful and aligned when you wear our pieces. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

• It must be in the original packaging (if applicable).

• Proof of purchase is required (email receipt or order number).

Please note: Items made to order (print-on-demand) are produced specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns for size exchanges, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect address input. Please double-check sizing and shipping info before confirming your order. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable/digital products

• Items marked as final sale

• Worn or washed apparel

• Any item not in its original condition or damaged not due to our error

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or printed with a clear manufacturing error.

If your item arrived with an issue:

1. Email us at hi@unumpercentum.com within 7 days of receiving it.

2. Attach photos of the product and packaging.

3. Include your order number in the message.

We’ll assess the issue and let you know the next steps. In most cases, if the issue is valid, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Check your bank account and credit card statement again.

2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take time before the refund is posted.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the item is received, a digital gift card will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the giver first, the refund will go to the gift giver.

SHIPPING RETURNS

If we authorize a return, you will need to ship the item to the return address we provide. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your return without tracking.
